Yegor Ligachev is a name who died in 2021, and despite being a DDP pick that year, he never got a QO. Well he finally got a QO today from The Times! Their justification in that obit... "his death was only recently reported in the West". Sometimes the stupidity/incompetence of the British press astounds me.
