He had 2 heart attacks and a man in his 90s will no doubt have cumulative damage and further decrease in cardiac function over the years. Ken Clarke isunhealthy but apart from mobility issues seems ok.Would say it is a tossup between the two. Ken Livinstone is a better bet than these two though.
